Recipe :  In a Pan heat the Oil, Methi, Ginger Garlic Paste and Chopped Onions. Saute till the mixture turns golden brown. Add tomato puree, Milan Red Chillies Powder, Milan Turmeric Powder, Milan Cumin Powder and Milan Undhia Masala. Cook till the oil Seperates from the above Mixture. Add all the above mentioned vegetables, cover and cook on a slow flame for 20-25 Minutes, Stir Occasionally. Garnish with Chopped Coriander. Serve hot with Rotis or Puris.
