Recipe : Prepare a paste of Mint Leaves, Ginger, Green Chillies and Coriander Leaves. Add the paste to 1 litre chilled water. to this add black salt, the juice of 1 squeezed Lime and 2 tsp. Milan Pani Puri Masala. Stir the Mixture and Chilli for approximately 30-45 mins, Stuff the puris with Potatoes and Moong or other filling of your choice (Chana, salted Boondi). Add sweet Chutney and SPicy Pani.
