Recipe :   Marinate chicken with turmeric powder,and 2 tsp ginger – garlic paste , keep aside for 15 min. heat 2 tbsp. oil in pan,saute chopped onions till golden brown, dry roast,the grated coconut and make a paste of ½ cup of water. Heat oil in a pan, sauteginger-garlic paste for a minute. Add tomato puree and cook for 2-3 minutes, or till the oil oozes out. Add onion – coconut paste and saute for 4-5 minutes, till oil oozes out. Add milan chicken masala, chilli powder, salt, chicken and saute for a minute. Add water and cook for 15-20 min.or till chicken is tender, garnish with fresh coriander leaves and served hot with biryani and raita or tandorri roti.
