RECIPE : VEGETABLE
Before you begin: 3 cupes mix boiled vegetables ( potatoes, cauliflower , carrots, green peas ) 1 finely chopped capsicum, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 tbsp fresh malai, salt to taste, ½ tsp. milan chili powder, ¼ tsp milan turmeric powder, 1 tsp milan coriander powder,1/2 tsp cumin, 2 tsp ginger- garlic paste, 3 tbsp oil and ghee 1 tbsp MILAN GARAM MASALA
heat oil or ghee in pan with cumin and 2 tsp. ginger – garlic paste. Add onion and capsicum, add chilli ,turmeric and coriander and coock for approximately3-4 min. add boiled vegetables and MILAN GARAM MASALA to the pan. mix well and add the malai. simmer for 8-10 min. your mix vegetables is ready to be served. Garnish with corianderleaves.serve with baturas or tandoori rotis. MILAN GARAM MASALA adds a special flavor to snacks, dals or any vegetable preparation
