Undhia is a delicious Gujrati Vegetable Sabji, relish it with MILAN UNDHIA MASALA.
Requirements: 1 Large Diced Boiled Potato, 1 Bringle, 1 Sweet Potato, 50g Chopped french Beans. 1 Very Finely Chopped onion, Puree of 3 Tomato, 2tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste, 1 tsp. Methi, 2 tbsp oil, 3 tbsp Salt, 2tbsp Milan Chilli Powder, 1 tbsp Milan Turmeric Powder, 1tbsp Milan Cumin Powder, 2tbsp Milan Undhia Masala.In a Pan heat the Oil, Methi, Ginger Garlic Paste and Chopped Onions. Saute till the mixture turns golden brown. Add tomato puree, Milan Red Chillies Powder, Milan Turmeric Powder, Milan Cumin Powder and Milan Undhia Masala. Cook till the oil Seperates from the above Mixture. Add all the above mentioned vegetables, cover and cook on a slow flame for 20-25 Minutes, Stir Occasionally. Garnish with Chopped Coriander. Serve hot with Rotis or Puris.
