Mix vetegatbles is a delicious vegetarian iteams. Prepare this delectable dish with milan sabji masala and served with rotis , puris or even plain rice.
RECIPE: Mix vegetable sabji
Before you begin: 50 g carrots, 50 g capsicum , 50 g brinjal, 2 tomatoes, 100 g potatoes, French beans, 2 onion green chillies, 1 tsp garlic paste , 5 table spoon veg oil,1 tbsp Milan Sabji Masala.Rinse, peal in small cubes,carrots, capsicum, brinjal, potatoes and French beans. And all the diced vegetable in saucepan and boiled for 15 min or till the vegetables are tender. Heat 5 tbsp vegetable oil in non stick pan . add 2 finely chopped onions and finely chopped green chillies. Allow the onions to turn pink before adding 2 finely chopped tomatoes, 1 tsp garlic paste ,1 tsp salte and 1 tbsp Milan Sabji Masala. Cook for 5 min stirring continuously. Now add the boil vegetable and stir. Cook on a low flame for 5 to 7 min . garnish the mix vegetable sabji with finely chopped coriander. The mix vegetable sabji is ready to served with rotis or rice.
