Mix vegetables is a delicious vegetarian items. Prepare this delectable dish with milan royal garam masala.and served woth roties, puris or even plain rice.
Before you begin: 3 cups mix boiled vegetables ( potatoes , cauliflower ,carrots, green peas ) 1 finally chopped capsicum , 1 finally chopped onion, 1 tbsp fresh malai, salt to taste , ½ tsp milan chilli powder , ¼ tsp milan turmeric powder, 1 tsp milan coriander powder, ½ tsp cumin, 2 tsp ginger- garlic paste, 3 tbsp oil or ghee and 1 tbsp .milan royal garam masala.Heat oil or ghee in pan with cumin and 2 tsp ginger- garlic paste. Add onion and capsicum , add chilli, turmeric and coriander and cook for approximately 3-4minutes. Add boiled vegetables and milan royal garam masala to the pan . mix well and the malai. Simmer for 8-10 min . your mix vegetables is ready to be served. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with bhatooraas and tandorri rotis , milan royal garam masala add a special flavor to snacks, dals or any vegetable preparations.
