The Samosa is a spicy, hot tea-time snack. USe Milan Rajwadi Garam Masala to Prepare this lip - smacking delicacy and serve with Chutney.
Requirements: 500gms Maida, 50gms Ghee, 1/2 kg Boiled and small diced Potatoes, 100gms Boiled Peas, 1tbsp Ginger Paste, 1tbsp Green Chillies Paste, Salt to taste 1/2 Tbsp Milan Amchur Powder, 1/2 tsp Milan Cumin Powder and 2 tsp MIlan Rajwadi Garam Masala.For Samosa Filling, mix the above Ingredients addding little water. The filling is ready. 500gms. Maida, 50gms Ghee, and water as required for making dough little hard not so smooth. Roll in a round shape and cut in the middle giving a cone shape. Fill 1 tbsp of the above filling and close the top of dough cone with wet fingertips. Deep fry the samosa in Oil till Crisp. Serve with hot and sweet sauce and chilli chutnies. Milan Rajwadi Garam Masala is used to make all types of Snacks, Vegetables and Dals. A Little amount of Milan Rajwadi Garam Masala added to the item, enhances its taste.
