RECIPE: PAV BHAJIBefore you begin: 2 boiled Potatoes, 3 Tomatoes, 1 Capsicum, 100gms. boiled Green Peas, 2 Medium sized Onions, 50gms boiled Cauliflower, 2TSP Ginger Paste, 2tsp Garlic Paste, 1 Tsp Milan Chilli Powder, a pinch of Milan Asafoetida, Salt to taste, 1/2 Tsp. Cumin Seeds, Butter and 4 tsp. Milan Pav Bhaji Masala. In a Pan, Shallow fry Cumin Seeds, 2 tsp. Garlic Paste, 2 tsp Ginger Paste, 2 Finely Chopped Onions and Capsicum in 2tbsp Butter. Fry till golden brown. Add chopped Tomatoes, 1 tsp Milan Chili Powder, a pinch of Milan Asafoetida and 4tsp MILAN PAV BHAJI MASALA. Add Salt to taste. Add the required boiled Vegetables, cook for 2-3 minutes and Mash it. Let simmer for 8-10 mins. Add a blob of Butter and Mix it with the mashed vegetables. Garnish with finely chopped Coriander leaves and a squeeze of Lemon. Serve with hot buttered Pav and Chopped raw onions. Ingredients:
