Requirements: 1/2 kg. sprouted Moong, 4 boiled Potatoes, Maida Puris- 100Pcs.for Pani : 1 cup Mint Leaves. 5-6 Green Chillies, Salt to Taste, 1 tsp. Ginger Paste, 250ml Sweet Tamarind Chutney, 1/2 tsp. Black Salt, 1 full lemon, a Handful of Coriander Leaves and 2 Tsp. Milan Pani-puri Masala. Prepare a paste of Mint Leaves, Ginger, Green Chillies and Coriander Leaves. Add the paste to 1 litre chilled water. to this add black salt, the juice of 1 squeezed Lime and 2 tsp. Milan Pani Puri Masala. Stir the Mixture and Chilli for approximately 30-45 mins, Stuff the puris with Potatoes and Moong or other filling of your choice (Chana, salted Boondi). Add sweet Chutney and SPicy Pani.
