Chhole Masala


Mutter Paneer is a favourite North indian Dish Usually served with Nan or Tandoori Rotis. This delicacy tastes best when prepared with Milk Kitchen King masala..


RECIPE: Mutter Paneer

Requirements: 250gms. Paneer Cubes, 1 cups Shelled Peas, 2 Onions, 3 Tomatoes, 1 tsp Ginger Paste, 1/4 cups well beaten Curd or Malia, 1 tsp Milan Coriander Powder, 1/2 Tsp Milan CHilli Powder, 3 tsp ghee, and 1 Tsp Milan kitchen King Masala.

Deep fry Paneer to a golden brown colour. Grind Onions, Ginger and Tomatoes to a Puree. Heat Ghee, add Onion-Tomato Puree and Cook till Ghee Separates. Add Malai or Curd. Add Milan Chilli Powder, Milan Coriander Powder and 1 Tsp Milan Kitchen King Masala, Peas and cook for a minute. Add Enough Water and Salt to taste and Cook covered till Peas are done. Add Paneer and Cook for 5-6 Minutes. Garnish with chopped Coriander and serve hot.
