Before you begin: 500 gms boiled potato , 300 ml of water,100 gm oil,1 whole pomegranate’ seeds, 100 gm grapes, 2-3 chopped onions, 1 cup sweet tamarind chutney, 1 cup spicy garlic chutney, 100 gm masala peanuts,50 gms grated coconut & 1 pack of MILAN KUTCHI DABELI MASALA.
Boil peel and mash potatos. Add 300 ml water in it and mix . heat 100 gm oil in pan. Add the potato mixture and milan kutchy dabeli masala. Cook over a slow flame when it thickens , transfer on to plate . garnish with grated coconut , pomeagranate seed and grapes . let it cool. Fill the pav with both the cutney and 2 tbsp. Of the mixtures, add masala peanuts and onions .the dabeli is ready to be served. To prepare jain dabeli , use ripe banana insted of potatoes.
