ALOO CHAT IS A POPULAR ANYTIME NORTH INDIAN DISH AND IS USUALLY SERVED AS A STARTER.PREPARE THIS DELICASY WITH MILAN CHAT MASALA FOR TASTIER TREAT .

INGREDIENTS:

RECIPE: ALOO CHAT

Before you begin: ½ KG BOILED POTATOES , 2 TSP OIL, 1 TBSP GINGER AND GREEN CHILLI PASTE , 3 TBSP TOMATO PUREE, ½ TSP LEMON JUICE , 1 TBSP MILAN CHAT MASALA.

CHOP THE BOILED POTATOES INTO SMALL CUBES AND FRY IT IN 2 TBSP HOT OIL . ADD TO IT 1 TSP GINGER AND GREEN CHILLI PASTE , TOMATO PURI AND MIX WELL . SPRINKLE ½ TSP . LEMON JUISE AND 1 TBSP . MILAN CHAT MASALA. COOK FOR ANOTHER THREE MINUTES ON LOW HEAT . GARNISH WITH FINELY CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES . ALU CHAT CAN BE RELIASHED WITH MILAN JALJEERA PANI ON A HOT SUMMER DAY.
