Before you begin: 200 GMS DAHI, 1 TOMATO , 1 MEDIUM SIZE ONION , 1 SMALL CUCUMBER , SALT TO TASTE, 1-2 FINELLY CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIS , CURRY LEAVES , 1 TBSP OIL, ¾ TSP MILAN CHAAS JIRRALOO POWDER.

FINELY CHOP THE VEGETABLES . BEAT THE CURD, ADD THE VEGETABLES TO THE CURD. HEAT OIL IN PAN WIRH MUSTARD, GREEN CHILLIS, CURRY LEAVES. BRING TO A SPLUTTER .ADD THIS TO THE CURD . ADD SALT AND MILAN CHAAS JIRALLO POWDER .MILAN CHAAS JIRALOO POWDER CAN BE ADDED TO THE BUTTER MILK , CURD AND SPRINKLED ON KHAKHRAS TOPPED WITH GHEE.
