Chhole Masala

DESCRIPTION

Vegetables biryani , a rich a rich moghlai flavoured rice dish , ia s monarch of rice items . prepare delicacy with milan biryani / pulav masala tastier treats.

INGREDIENTS:

RECIPE: BIRYANI / PULAV

Before you begin: 1 tea cup uncoocked rice , 1 pinch saffron , 4 tbsp ghee , 2 tbsp cashewnut and raisins pieces, 2 onions , 2 tomatoes , 2 tea cup mixed boiled vegetables ( cauliflower, carrots, pottatos, green peas ) , ½ tsp ginger paste , 1 tbsp chopped coriander , salt to taste , ½ cup milk and 2 tsp.milan biryani / pulav masala.

Boil the rice well . drain and cool warm saffron in smaal vessel and add it to rice . heat ghee and fried onions, cashe nuts, raisins. Keep aside . fry tommatos and capsicum. Add 2 tsp . milan milan biryani / pulav masala. Stir well. ADD BOILED VEGETABLES AND CORIANDER . COOK WELL . AT THE BOTTOM OF BAKING BOWL, SPREAD 2 TBSP . GHEE LAYER AND RICE AND VEGETABLES,BEGINNING AND ENDING WITH RICE. SPRINKLE THE MILK ON THE TOP . COVER AND BAKE IN HOT OVER A DEGREE C. ( 400 DEGREE F ) FOR 15-20 MIN . DECORATE THE DISH WITH THE ONIONS , RAISINS, CASHEW NUTS . SERVE WITH VEGETABLE RAITA PREPARED USING MILAN JIRALOO MASALA.
